Talking to Family* About Mental Health Registration
Communicating about your mental wellbeing to others can be a challenging process that involves stigma and frustration. Without knowing how to overcome barriers to communication, we can feel unsupported in our daily lives.

Learning the mindsets and skills to initiate a conversation with our family* may seem daunting. However, being able to eventually start this process of expressing your challenges with mental health is important for sustaining yourself and your relationships with others.

Join us to discuss with Dr. Sujata Patel and Dr. Oliver Lin about effective strategies on how to communicate about mental health to our family*.
