Retreat dates are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Campus Ministry will do its best to satisfy each student’s needs and preferences. Please turn in this form as soon as possible for the best chance of securing a place on the retreat of your choice.  

Please consider any sports/extra-curricular activities you are/may be a part of. Please think carefully about what commitments you have/will have when choosing your date. Last minute cancellations for retreats cost us money, and more importantly, create a ton of extra work for the student leaders who spend time on personalized details for each group of students on retreat. Please plan ahead!

When submitting parent consent forms for the retreat, students will be asked if they are fully vaccinated. If they are not, they will need to show proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the retreat.
