Wyoming State Seal of Biliteracy (WY-SoBL) - District Intent to Participate Form
The 2022 Wyoming Legislature created a Wyoming Seal of Biliteracy. Districts must notify WDE annually by December 30 of their intent to participate in the Seal of Biliteracy Program by completing this Survey form.  If your district has student(s) who may be eligible for the Seal this school year, please complete this survey. Steps to implement the program and student qualification can be found in the Guidance document found on the Wyoming Seal of Biliteracy (WY-SoBL) Website. When students have completed an approved assessment and have met the proficiency criteria, the WDE505 Collection must be completed by the district for each student to inform WDE of candidates anticipated to receive this award.
