This form must be completed no later than 4:00pm on April 12,  2024.

This is a TWO YEAR PROGRAM through a partnership with HEB ISD's Buinger CTE Academy and Tarrant County College, therefore, you must be:
1. An entering Junior in August 2024 for consideration.
2. Turn 17 by January 1st of your senior year. 
3. The second year of this program is a Dual Credit Course through TCC. You must meet all qualifying requirements to continue into this course (including the SAT/ACT or TSI requirements, PSAT scores do not count).
4. TCC’s EMS Program partners require students to be FULLY vaccinated for COVID-19 due to the community and clinical environments and partnerships utilized throughout the program. This may change.
