How Does a Lottery System Work?
There are a limited number of tuition slots within our Blended Program. As a result, parents/guardians will be able to submit their preschooler’s online application beginning on January 13, 2020 and closing on February 21, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. All applications received within this window will be included in the lottery. The names of the students will then be pulled one at a time and entered on a list until all of the names have been drawn. The first names to be drawn will be contacted regarding the available tuition slots during the week of March 11, 2020 via email. When someone declines, the next person on the list will be contacted until all slots are filled. At that point, the remaining names will be considered the students on the wait list. We will continue to take names after February 21, 2020 and add them to the wait list in the order they are received.
Once your child is accepted to the Blended Program, the parent/guardian has until April 3, 2020 to complete the online registration (link will be provided), prove residency and pay the $300 deposit. If the parent/guardian does not complete these steps, the child’s slot will be lost and the next person on the wait list will be contacted.
