2024-2025 FVE Kindergarten Information Form
As a part of our East Grand District policy, students must be 5 years old by September 30, 2024 to enroll in Kindergarten for the 2024-25 school year.

This short form is for FVE to gather initial kindergarten registration information.  Additional information will be requested as part of our online Registration that must be completed in August.

Fraser Valley Elementary will contact you in the next few weeks with details for our Kindergarten Parent Information Night being held on May 1st. 

* A copy of your child's birth certificate and immunization records are required before entrance.  Records can be emailed to kari.vanhorn@egsd.org or brought in to the school office prior to the start of school in August.
