Please use this form to register for the Lawrence Park Dolphins!  Practices start on May 31 and run through late July (early August if you're involved in championships).

*Cost:  1 swimmer = $100; 2 swimmers = $200; 3 (or more) swimmers = $270

*Payment by Check:  Make payable to LPST and turn in directly or mail to Team Treasurer Andy White (709 S. Bowman Ave. Merion Station, PA 19066)

*Payment by Cash:  Must be handed directly to Coach Kathryn in an envelope marked with your family name

*Any swimmer not previously on the team will be asked to come in for an evaluation so they can be properly placed in the varsity (ages 5-18) or pre team (ages 5-10).

*Criteria for Pre Team:  
*Swim at least 15m independently on front and back
*Some semblance of rotary arms on front and back (breathing to the side NOT necessary)
*Knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly NOT necessary
