MEN'S SOCCER REGISTRATION DUE FRIDAY, JULY 31ST, 2024.

WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL REGISTRATION DUE FRIDAY, JULY 31ST, 2024.

MEN & WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY REGISTRATION DUE FRIDAY, JULY 31ST, 2024.

All communications will happen through Team App once teams have been set. Tryout information and communication through tryouts will be emailed.

Parents/Guardians by signing this form electronically you agree to all of its corresponding agreements.

Please schedule your sports physicals now as they MUST be completed before the first practices and turned in by the beginning of practice on Aug. 12th. If we do not have a sports physical turned in your athlete will not be allowed to practice.

All additional paperwork and fees/payment plans will be due at the first practice on Friday, August 12th, 2024. These forms and paperwork will be emailed to you at the conclusion of tryouts.

Please make sure that you have answered all the questions. When the form is completed and submitted you should receive a pop-up window that says, "Thank you for your registration."
