We are incredibly excited your organization is participating in the annual Phantom Lake Elementary Science Fair & Expo! Thanks to your partnership, it will be a SCIENCE FUN evening packed with out of this world activities and experiences. As an elementary school, we focus on Pre-K to 5th Grade but our events are well attended by guests of ALL ages!
To help us better support your needs on event day, please complete the registration form below by 5:00pm Friday, April 5th, 2024.

Science Fair Vendor Guidelines:
- Goal # 1: Have FUN!!
- Goal # 2: Host activities tailored to elementary age students (Include Pre-K if possible.)
- Upon arrival, CHECK-IN at Welcoming Table.
- Set-Up Time: 5:00-6:00pm* (Please let us know below if additional time is needed.)
- Clean-Up Time: 8:00-9:00pm*
- 1 Table (4'X6') & 1 Chair will be provided (Request additional tables/chairs below).
- Hand washing stations will be centrally located.
- If power source is required, we'll do our best to locate your booth at nearest outlet. However, we recommend bringing extra power strips and extension cords just in case.
