Term of Use
Renter and guests agree to the following terms
  • WMFHA room rentals are a member benefit and only available to WMFHA members in good standing
  • Rooms available on a first come basis AFTER WMFHA-hosted trainings and meetings are scheduled
  • Sponsor/Vendor presentations must be WMFHA members as well
  • All occupants will follow common ethics & etiquette
  • All occupants will observe and comply with WMFHA's anti-trust statement (posted in each room)
  • No use of non-reserved rooms at during your rental period
  • The room needs to be cleaned and in the original condition 
  • Rooms are available from 8:00am to 4:00pm unless other arrangement are made
  • Damages will be assessed to the renter
  • All printing and photo copying need to be done prior to arrival
  • Room rental is not confirmed until payment is received
