YPAC Class Interest/Sign-Up Form
Students taking classes at the Yucaipa Performing Arts Center (YPAC) will be paying and completing registration through the YPAC and not through Milligan Productions. This includes anyone using Charter School funding. If you are using Charter school funding, you will need to submit the Purchase Order to YPAC and not to Milligan Productions. By completing this form, you are acknowledging that you want information sent to you on how to register/pay through the YPAC.
