Hi! Okay, folks, here we go.
WHAT: DC8044 :: BLACKOUT() is a big content-type event, driven by DEFCON KYIV community. It is a free-to-attend.
WHEN: 28.09.19 from 10:00 AM till ... 07:00 PM
WHERE: Ukraine, Kyiv, Peremohy, 37. Venue: BELKA SPACE + LAMPA (KPI library building).
CFP is open till 18.09.19 <--- this is the deadline to submit a speech!

1) Main Tracks. Want to speak at DC8044 BLACKOUT? Cool, we are happy to have you as a keynote speaker! We recommend you read the agenda for our previous event, to get understanding with the typical content and themes: http://bit.ly/2IF2DXP
It will be interesting to visitors:
- real offensive/defensive cases
- releasing a new exploit or vulnerability
- malware analysis
- reverse engineering
- cryptography
- exploitation related topics
- OSINT operations or targets reconnaissance
- hacking related tools using and customization
- application security, web security and penetration testing, networks security
- APT tools and techniques, threat hunting
- hardware hacking
- your own RnD on hacking-related themes and projects
- any fun/lol-kek-elite-pohek content, just let us know your idea
Main Track key points:
- the whole point of DC8044 :: BLACKOUT() is so that hackers have a place to tell their stories uncensored
- we do NOT stream from the event and we do not record video as well
- you can use a pseudo/nickname, you can use any opportunity to anonymize yourself if you want

2) Activities. Is a dedicated area for hackers to show off what they have been working on, to answer questions, and even coax attendees into giving feedback on their projects. Any interesting trash is accepted:
- demo labs and villages (funny hardware, software, lockpicking, incomprehensible devices and experiments)
- CTFs
- f*cking drones which fly everywhere and pester visitors or something like that
- cyber weapon demonstration
No lone working with hazardous equipment and/or materials is permitted.
