FFPERPS 2020 Registration Form
UPDATE MARCH 16, 2020: In light of a possible cancellation or delay of FFPERPS 2020, we are disabling the registration payment system for the time being. However, we will leave our google-form registration open as a way for people to express interest/intent to attend this year's conference should we be able to hold it on the planned dates. This information will allow us to make a much more informed decision about holding the conference in June, as we get closer to the date and need to make a final decision about holding it vs cancelling or postponing

Thank you for your interest in the 2020 Foundations and Frontiers of Physics Education Research Puget Sound (FFPERPS) conference! To register, please complete the form below. After submitting the form, you will see a link for completing registration and submitting payment. If you do not, please contact Krishna Chowdary at chowdark@evergreen.edu.

Registration includes ALL meals and lodging for three nights (from Thursday night June 18 through Sunday morning June 21) at the conference venue: the North Cascades Institute's Environmental Learning Center (ELC). The ELC is a fabulous facility near Lake Diablo in the beautiful North Cascades in northern Washington state.

To keep costs down and increase the overall accessibility of the conference, we have introduced a new registration category: (Possible) “Triple Occupancy".  Selecting the (Guaranteed) "Double Occupancy" registration option will guarantee a room with only two registrants. While we will try to limit most or all rooms to two occupants, participants who select “Triple Occupancy" may be placed in a triple occupancy room. Participants with institutional/grant travel support may wish to consider the Double Occupancy registration, which will ensure just two occupants in that room.

- Double Occupancy registration (includes meals, lodgings, and conference sessions): $625
- Triple Occupancy registration (includes meals, lodgings, and conference sessions - see above for further details): $500
- Guest (includes meals and lodging but not sessions): $425
- Guest children 2 - 17 years old (includes meals): $375
- Guest infant under 2 years old: free

Roommate Preference
Lodging is double or possibly triple occupancy, if you choose that registration option. If you would like to request a specific roommate or roommates, write their name below. (Please check with them and ask them to write your name on their registration form as well.) We will assume that any guests will stay with the conference participant (within room occupancy limits).
