The VAC NSFW channel is a place for actors and creators in the 18+/adult/NSFW voice acting community to talk about their experiences, discuss business and ask for feedback. This is a locked channel and members must "opt in" to view it. To gain access to this channel, you must complete this brief form to verify your age and signify agreement to the rules below.
*Note: Due to the way Discord permissions work, we will need to assign you a "server role" - this will not be a separate color, and will only be viewable if someone on the server clicks on your profile. However, if you are uncomfortable with this, you are permitted to apply for this channel with a secondary Discord account under your NSFW VO alias.

***PRIVACY/CONFIDENTIALITY***
*Do not "out" someone's alias or link it to their real identity in any way.
*To encourage this to be a safe and comfortable place for members to talk candidly, please keep what happens in the channel reasonably confidential - we ask that you do not share screenshots, quotes, or detailed discussions in other servers or on social media. If you have a concern about another member, please DM a mod or admin.
***CONTENT***
*The channel is for NSFW content/discussion specific to voiceover. No explicit photos/videos of real-life people. No casting calls for on-camera/in-person work, Snapchat/Onlyfans/etc, or roleplaying.
*There is more leeway when it comes to sharing or linking "adult" images, projects, and voice clips in this specific channel - but please use good judgement. You may share NSFW casting calls without needing to censor the images and scripts in the same way as the mainstream casting call channels. However, we still do not allow depictions of underage characters in sexual situations, or anything glorifying nonconsensual sex.
*Do not make unwelcome sexual comments to other members, including via DMs. Voicing NSFW projects does not equal consent. You can compliment someone without being creepy - if you have to think about whether they'd be uncomfortable with your message, leave it in the drafts. If you engage in sexual harassment, whether on or off the server, you will be booted.
*General server rules on behavior still apply (no racism, homophobia, transphobia, personal attacks, etc.) Please refrain from using terms such as l*li/sh*ta/tr*p, even if it's just to describe voice types.
*You may occasionally and within reason make posts in this channel to advertise your services, commissions, etc. since NSFW content is generally not allowed in the main chats (this may become a separate channel later if there is a need for it). However, do not spam. Engage in conversation aside from constantly promoting yourself.
*While callout posts and "naming and shaming" problem clients/actors are not allowed in the main server, we recognize that the NSFW VA community may occasionally need to share information in order to protect each other. You may share, within reason, information/screenshots for this purpose. NO petty drama or interpersonal conflict - this rule exception is specifically for serious issues such as clients who have been found to harass, abuse or scam talent.
***GENERAL***
*Profile pictures and display names can be seen by everyone in the server, whether or not they are in the NSFW channel. Therefore, your display name and/or picture cannot be explicit. Please keep it at a PG to PG-13 level.
*The VAC is simply a discussion server and is not responsible for any casting calls, job opportunities or client experiences. Use your own judgment and accept work at your own risk.
