UNIFORM ORDERS: Please indicate sizes
For 2nd year in a row, One City Schools will provide each of our 5K - 4th grade students enrolled for 2021-22 school year with the following full uniform items as shown by our FRENCH TOAST vendor:

FULL UNIFORM consists of:
(1) Polo shirt - to be worn on early-release Mondays
(1) Long sleeve shirt/blouse
(2) Pairs of pants OR (1) pair of pants and (1) skort
(1) Fleece jacket - to be worn weather permitting
(1) AdjustableTie

Below, please indicate your chid/ren's sizes ASAP.  From our experience last year, FRENCH TOAST sizes tend to run smaller than indicated. When ordering, please consider to "size UP" to also account for your child/ren's GROWTH throughout the school year.

Deadline is TUESDAY, JULY 20th 2021 by 5:00 pm so that we can place orders with our vendor. We will let you know when it's been delivered to our school. Children do NOT have to be in full uniform until after Labor Day or starting on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021... so time is of essence.

In the meantime -- although it is NOT required -- you can also purchase additional, non-logo uniform sizes at your favorite department store, Old Navy, Target, Lands End, Walmart, etc - or where ever these items are on sale.
