Each year the Association asks its homeowners/residents for help in maintaining the most up to date records for their home. Since the information that you provide is used in computing assessment credits, charges, and adjustments, it is critical that the form be completed upon your purchase of a home within Clifton Mill and updated anytime there is a substantial change to any of the data. Please Note: The management office will hold and maintain all records on behalf of the Association. You may fill this out online or submit it in writing by downloading the pdf form on the website and mailing it into our office.
