Since the information that you provide is used in computing assessment credits, charges, and adjustments, it is critical that the form be completed upon your purchase of a home within Clifton Mill and updated anytime there is a substantial change to any of the data. Please Note: The management office will hold and maintain all records on behalf of the Association.
