Junior Academy ADD-ON Registration Form
Completion of this Registration form will take approximately 5 minutes.

Note: All Junior Academy ADD-On sessions are subject to approval of the Head Coach (joannemacnair@hotmail.com) of the Williams Lake Skating Club and can only by purchased by skaters currently registered with Skate Canada for the 2021 - 2022 Year.  Once approved, please complete this form.

Each ADD-On session is:

1 Hour long for $198.00

and is for either:

Monday:  5:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Open Free Skate
or
Wednesday:  5:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Open Free Skate

Note:

Proper Skating Attire is Required which includes:

- Skating Dress or Leggings
- Sweater or Light Coat
- Gloves or Mittens
- No Jeans or Street Clothes
