Brand Ambassador Application Form
The Ika Hime Brand Ambassador program is a social media promotion program. If accepted into the program, you will receive free products of my choosing in exchange for social media promotional posts. You will also receive a personal (non-sharable) discount code for my shop, valid for 1 year from date of issue, as well as a promotional discount code for your followers, valid for the first 25 people to use the code. (Follower codes will renew with each shipment). Filling out this application is not a guarantee of acceptance into the program, and I reserve the right to terminate your ambassadorship at any point in time for any reason. All discount codes will remain valid for the predetermined amount of time regardless of whether your ambassadorship has been terminated, if your ambassadorship has been terminated for a non-violation reason. Ambassador terminations are not always permanent, and you may reapply at a later date. If you wish to leave the ambassador program, or have a change of address, you must submit an email to ika.himee@gmail.com notifying me of such changes. At this time, the ambassador program is only open to continental US residents (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). You will not be expected to pay shipping for your PR packages, however, you MUST make at least 1 social media post, per shipment, advertising the products with links to my website and tagging me on social media within 2 weeks of receiving the package. Failure to do so will result in an immediate termination of your ambassadorship and discount codes with an inability to reapply. All correspondence regarding the ambassador program will be done through email, so please provide a valid email address. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program. It is recommended to make at least 1 social media post per social media platform that you use to help boost your performance within the program. It may take up to 1 month to process your application.
