Understanding the value of Data Driven Decision Making in Customer Success?

My names is James Harding, a Customer Success Manager based in the UK. I  have approximately 6 years experience working within Customer Success and several years experience prior to this working in technical, customer facing roles.

As well as working in CS I am currently undertaking a Master of Science in Data Analytics and Project Management. As my final dissertation for this I have decided to focus my paper of Data Driven Decision Making in Customer Success.
