我了解由 NoMad Om Factory 諾瑪瑜珈 主辦的2020 孕婦瑜珈師資培訓(國際認證)，將會包含要親自出席為期85小時的培訓課程，完成課程參與並通過測試。如果達到課程要求，我將會獲得一份結業證書。我同意NoMad Om Factory 諾瑪瑜珈 有權利要求我遵守上課規範，不得做出不道德或不合理的舉動，或是使用任何暴力行為，否則可以要求我離開。我了解報名後即不可退費，並且不得未經同意，私自複製印製 NoMad Om Factory 諾瑪瑜珈 的所有版權出版品。如果不遵守以上規範將採取法律途徑處理不法行為。我本人已經詳細閱讀並接受以上條款。

I understand that the International  Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training course hold by NoMad Om Factory includes 85-hours full attendance, assignments  and final exams to accomplish. If i meet all the requirement and pass the final exam, i will receive a graduation certificate at the end of the training. I agree that NoMad Om Factory has the right to have me following  the regulation of the course, including not doing irrational and violence behavior. Otherwise i will be pulled out from the course. I understand that after signing up, the payment will not be refund. Besides, I will not illegally copy all the publication of NoMad Om Factory. If i failed to follow the regulation above, NoMad Om Factory will take legal action.
