EPID@Work's Dr. Vicki Kristman and Mannila Sandhu will present a talk entitled "Navigating WCB-Funded Projects: Uncovering Workplace Factors Impacting Workers' Compensation Outcomes." This study, funded by the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba, examines workplace factors on workers' compensation outcomes across 18 workplaces, highlighting the role of supervisors and healthcare support.
