PROJECT BACKGROUND
Portland State University’s transportation students in engineering and planning are ready to support your idea with their expertise. We are looking for public places where small changes to the streetscape will make a big difference. This is an opportunity for your community organization to partner with us to plan your pop-up project.

--->Two to four larger-scale projects will be handed off to planning and communication students in Spring 2020 who will develop outreach and engagement plans for June 2020.
--->Depending on capacity and need, one to two of those projects will then go through an engineering phase in Winter 2020 to produce a traffic plan for June 2021.
