Grassroots Collaborative and Raise Your Hand are suing the City over their administration of the Lincoln Yards TIF. Please join the plaintiffs with their lawyers, Chicago Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and National Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights, to fill the courtroom and hear the oral arguments on the City's motion to dismiss the case.

Wednesday, September 11, 9:00am, Circuit Court at Daley Plaza - 50 W Washington Street, 23rd Floor, Courtroom 2308. We anticipate it taking around 2 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: No cell phones are to be used while in the courtroom. There is no talking in the courtroom. We are checking into if you will need to present an ID to get into the facility. You will have to go through a metal detector.

Las organizaciones de Grassroots Collaborative y Raise Your Hand (Levanta Tu Mano) están demandando a la ciudad por su administración del financiamiento por incremento impositivo (TIF) en Lincoln Yards. Únase a los demandantes con sus abogados, el Comité de Abogados de Chicago para los Derechos Civiles (Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights) y el Comité Nacional de Abogados para los Derechos Civiles (National Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights), para llenar la sala del tribunal y escuchar los argumentos orales sobre la moción de la ciudad para destituir el caso.
