Request for In-Person Learning - 2nd Quarter

If you chose parallel learning and would like to shift to in-person learning when conditions allow, please complete this survey.

Anser is currently in Category 3 (red). NO ADDITIONAL STUDENTS WILL BE ADDED ON CAMPUS UNTIL COMMUNITY VIRUS TRANSMISSION CONDITIONS IMPROVE TO CATEGORY 2 (YELLOW), on then on a space-available basis.

Complete the form below, and when conditions allow you will be contacted by Anser staff with specifics regarding your student's on-campus learning schedule.

Anser plans to provide a Chromebook for each student, for use at school or home. However, worldwide shortages have delayed shipment of these devices until later in the school year. Does your student have a device they can use on campus? *
