Boulevard Presbyterian Church Mercy Fund Request Form
Boulevard Presbyterian Church's Mercy Fund is a tangible expression of our church's mission to see "the Austin-Oak Park community renewed socially, spiritually, and culturally by the grace of Christ." Although anyone is welcome to request a gift from the Mercy Fund, priority will be given to individuals or families who are members or regular attenders of Boulevard or have a close connection to them. All request details are kept confidential among members of the the Mercy Fund Team. The Mercy Fund Team recognizes that requests are time sensitive and will make every attempt to reply within a week.
