While all anticipated major scheduling conflicts are required to be submitted with each team's application, we understand that things happen. To let us know about a possible scheduling conflict please complete and submit the form below no later than 10 days prior to the potentially conflicted weekend.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. However, due to the scale of the competition and limitations of resources, not all requests will be granted. Teams are expected to play in their match as originally scheduled in the event that we are unable to accommodate a request.

State Cup games take precedence over all league games.
