Please complete this form to apply for our U18 Rec tournament December 17 - 20, 2022.

Applications will be accepted until October 31, 2021 with decision on teams selected by November 5, 2021. If your team is selected you will have 48 hours to e-transfer the tournament fee of $1,200.00 or 5 business days to send a cheque to hold your spot. If you are unable to do this - your spot may be given to the team next on the waiting list.
