SUMMER SCHOOL SIGN UP
Parents use this form to sign your scholar up for our Summer School Grade Recovery Program and/or our "Winning with Summer Enrichment at C.J.D" program. Letters were sent home for students failing their courses (If they are failing and do not make up the grade they will be retained. Thus, please register them and ensure they are present daily. Bus transportation is provided). However, if you are unsure of your child's grade status, please check PowerSchool or call the student's teacher.  Our Summer Enrichment program is for all students whose grades are in good standing and would like to be exposed to various learning experiences.
