This form allows us to better understand your situation and making informed decisions regarding the distribution of available funds, especially in cases where the number of applications exceeds our capacity to accommodate them all.

Only a limited number of subsidized tickets are available per event so we encourage you to apply only if there is no other way for you to participate in the retreat.
