Due to Covid-19 Health and Safety measures it is required that guests make reservations to attend the Cali Residency events that are not ticketed events. These events are listed below. Please indicate which events you plan to attend. It is required that each person who plans to attend fill out this form separately.

To help protect the health and safety of audiences, artists, staff, students and our greater community, guests are required to complete MSU Hawk Check (https://bit.ly/cali-hawk-check), wear masks at all times for all performances and all performances will require proof of full vaccination to attend. Audience members will be asked to show proof of vaccination before entering the theater. Accepted forms for proof of vaccination include a physical vaccine card with your name on it, or on your mobile phone a digital photo of your vaccine card, or the record of your vaccination displayed via the approved state app Docket, or another official vaccine record. If you are feeling unwell, experiencing any COVID-related symptoms, or come into close contact with someone who has COVID-19 up to 14 days before a performance, please stay home. These guidelines may evolve depending on health and safety recommendations.
