Cloud based phone service would provide the following:
  • Dashboard with more control options to the user (you!)
  • Options to you for forwarding, auto-attendant answering, call tree distributions for teams, etc.
  • Seamless use between computer/laptop/tablet with a headset or directly on your cell phone
  • No more need for a physical desk phone, but optional if needed
  • Texting, faxing, and video conferencing included all under 1 number and delivered to you directly (mobile device and email)!
