ARTISTS AND CRAFTERS MUST AGREE TO:
• Hand make all crafts and artwork, NO IMPORTS
• Read and agree to the “Hold Harmless Agreement” below
• Provide payment and photos online or as arranged via
midcityaf@gmail.com• Supply their own flame-retardant tents, tables, chairs, equipment and supplies
• Man booth during all market hours
• Weigh down tent in case of heavy winds
• Have a fire extinguisher on-site
• NOT use drugs
• NOT smoke within 25 feet of booths
• NOT have flammable liquid fuel equipment, unless an Open Fire Food Vendor
• Make cancellations in writing by mail or email no later than one month prior to the festival
• NOT dismantle booth or contents until after event closes on Saturday at 4 pm
• Leave booth site clean and haul away waste
TULANE BANKS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION AGREES TO:
• Provide Event Insurance for all arts and crafts vendors free of charge
• Accept or reject any application at the Tulane Banks Neighborhood Associations discretion
• NOT guarantee exclusivity and/or booth location
• The checks of the accepted vendors will be deposited; those of the rejected will be returned.
• NOT supply electricity to arts and craft’s booths
• The market does provide security on-site, but TUBA does NOT assume any responsibility for safety of vendor property
• The market is NOT responsible for damaged property or broken equipment or stolen equipment of inventory
• NOT responsible for the number of market visitors and, therefore, NOT responsible vendor sales levels
• After one month prior to the festival, make booth fee refunds only if there is a vendor waiting to fill their space.
