Entry form of interest for the thesis fair 2023

This is an expression of interest for the thesis fair that will take place on October 4 at Trappan in Norrköping and on October 5 at Goto10 in Mjärdevi. Both fairs are between 12-4 pm. Below you will be asked to fill in a number of different questions regarding your possible participation at the thesis fair.

To participate in this fair it is required that you have at least one thesis-job to offer the students at the stand and that you only bring one roll-up per company. LinTek, the Linköping Technologists Student Union, will offer both lunch and coffee during the day to the company representatives who come and exhibit.

Start-up companies exhibit free of charge at the fair. Other companies that are not start-ups pay SEK 5,000 per fair to exhibit or SEK 8,000 to exhibit in both cities.

Once we have recieved your answer you will shortly receive an e-mail if you got a spot at the fair or not. If a spot has been reserved for your company you will also receive the following information in the confirmation e-mail:

- More information regarding the fair (e.g. parking, food  and fika)

- Another form for submitting more substantial information and marketing material.

Information is collected by LinTek, who is also responsible for personal data and the storage period of the data is forwarded until all parts of the event are completed.
