Request to start individual Instrumental/vocal lessons (Year 3-8 and year 2 in Spring/Summer terms)

Please complete this form if you would like to request individual instrumental or vocal lessons for your child.

Following the completion of this form, in most cases, we will schedule a trial lesson, after which the instrumental teacher will be in touch regarding billing and timetabling. Lesson times are published each week on Friday afternoons ready for the following week, via the parents online portal. This year's charge for lessons is £202 per term (ten lessons)

Please note that once lessons have commenced, a half term's notice will be required should you need to discontinue lessons at any time. If you need further information please contact the Director of Performing Arts, Sarah Mudd at s.oakes@dumpton.com
