Please read the following CSA member & farmer agreement: (1) Your membership entitles you to a weekly or once-every-2-weeks share of the farm-fresh harvest, grown without any pesticides or fungicides, not even those that have been approved for organic farming. (2) It is your responsibility to pick up your share during the scheduled pick-up times (or have a friend help you do it), and you must bring your own bag or box for carrying the share home.  (3) If you cannot pick it up for one week and give us advanced notice, we can help you donate your share to another family or a local shelter.   (4) As a member, you join with us and all other members to provide mutual support in our food production, and share in the risks and rewards of small-scale farming such as unpredictable weather, insect damage, as well as bounties of delicious-tasting vegetables and herbs!  Due to weather and other variables, you may receive more or less produce than you expect.  If/when needed, we may include produce from other local small-scale farmers in order to provide greater quantity or more variety than we currently have available on our farm.  If/when we do so, we will always inform you when an item is from another farm, and we will only include produce from trusted farmers whom we know personally and who share similar growing practices. Once you have completed this form and clicked "submit" below, write a check made out to “Katherine Chiu”.  Mail it to P.O.
