CohoMadison will be holding a orientation workshops on Wednesday, July 10th, from 6 to 9 PM at James Reeb Unitarian Universalist Congregation (2146 E Johnson Street).  

At this orientation, we will provide an overview of the project, describe pricing and availability of units, and review the steps in the reservation process.  In addition, we will provide an introduction to cohousing and condominiums, and discuss eligibility requirements for the affordable homes at CohoMadison.  And we will provide information on how our cohousing community works, as well as on decision making and addressing conflict.

This orientation is a mandatory requirement if you are interested in submitting a reservation application for a unit at CohoMadison.  

This will be a great chance to meet CohoMadison members and get answers to any questions that you might have!
