Listening Campaign Survey
Please respond to this survey to contribute to knowledge about the most important issues to people in the Hunter, and your lived experience of those issues.

Information from consenting respondents will be considered by members of Hunter Community Alliance. The issues that people are willing to take action on may be included in a policy and action agenda after a discernment and research phase.

All decisions on actions and strategic direction are made by consensus of the HCA members.

*This information is collected and protected by the Alliance Organiser David Barrow. No information that can identify respondents will be shared beyond David. Respondents who provide consent may be invited to share their story with Alliance members.

Respondents can choose to provide as much or little information about themselves as they are comfortable in doing. First names, suburbs and some contact details will help us invite respondents to organise and participate in actions on issues that they have told us directly affect them.

Some questions require an answer. Others are optional.
