We are so excited that you are interested in being part of our Le Boudoir Studio Model Call. We want to get to know you better and make sure you have a great experience. Please remember, this is about allowing us to photograph you and use your images for promotion of our specialized sets/looks. There is a cost involved in your participation that helps us pay for the hair and makeup artists time as well as studio time. This little questionnaire will help us get to know you better. Thanks in advance for taking the time to fill this out.

This is a VERY limited promotion!

You don't need to know how to pose for your session.
Professional Hair Styling, and Makeup are included.
This call is open to anyone 18 or over, ethnicities, shapes, and sizes, etc. 
We want to showcase a VARIETY of body types.
You don't need a "reason" to have a Boudoir Experience, except that you want to.
You must be okay with having your images shared on our website and social media platforms. 
Nudes are not required.
Even if you think you're "not photogenic," your images will still come out amazingly.
You're going to be so glad you did this for yourself!

We do have a few pieces in our client closet that are available to borrow, but we encourage you to shop for your own! Do you understand that you must provide your own wardrobe for this model call shoot? We can discuss this more in depth if we choose to move forward with your application.

Why do you want to be a Pin Up Boudoir model?

Do you understand that there is a $200 Non-Refundable Retainer required to reserve your space?

Do you understand that the $200 Non-Refundable Retainer may be used as a credit towards the purchase of other products?

Do you understand that the model call includes Professional Pin Up style Hair and Makeup, Up to 2 Outfits, and 5 Digital Images for $575 and that all other products will be purchased separately?

You understand that should you be more than 20 minutes late to your session, not show up, or cancel your appointment you will forfeit the non-refundable $200 retainer fee paid to reserve your date. The mandatory contract you will sign to book your spot will go over all the fees associated with last minute cancellations. Reschedules will NOT be permitted*

Are you willing to provide a written and video testimonial along with a review on our Google page/Yelp or Facebook after your Experience?

Are you 100% okay with having your images shared (nudes NOT required) including before/after pictures from your Experience, behind the scenes videos on our Facebook or Instagram pages? Due to the discounted Experience Fee in exchange for allowing full usage rights of my images, you completely understand that you cannot change your mind about your images being used publicly for promotion.*
