Which Camp Pass are you registering for?

$425 Single Full Fun Pass: Enjoy your single room lodging and all activities and daily group meal.

$625 Better Together Pass: Bring a buddy and share a room along with the price for all inclusive activities and daily group meal.

$175 Activities Only Pass: Already have lodging somewhere in the village or nearby but want to participate in all the fun? This pass includes all the activities and group meals and you take care of where you plant your head at night.

Drop in activities only. Suggested $10 donation to Historic Rugby. (Please denote which activities below.)

LODGING is reserved for Single & Double Passes with HISTORIC RUGBY LODGING of Newbury House, Ivy Cottage, Ivy Annex, Percy Cottage, Ingleside and Pioneer. If you are acquiring summer camp lodging passes, please list the names of friends you are attending camp with and would like to board in a house with so we may do our best to accommodate.

ACTIVITIES ONLY PASSES are for campers who already have lodging acquired, such as RM Brooks Campground, Oak Lodge, Grey Gables B&B, other village housing or are camping at RM Brooks. *Please inquire with whomever you are renting from if a late check out is available so you may attend Sunday activities...or let us know, and we will ask! :)

Please inform us of your comfort level of lodging with others as there are common areas that are shared, though your room and bathroom may be private. **Please also note here any other additional things we should consider for your lodging accommodations.**

Which day will you be arriving? Check-in starts officially Thursday, June 20 from 2-5 pm. If you are not be able to come that early, please just let us know when to expect you. *

Our activity list is growing! We are gathering with registration a census of what summer camp activities you are interested in participating in. We will have the finalized list by the end of May. You are always welcome to choose to do everything or nothing when camp time rolls around, you're a grown adult. This will simply be helpful to choose how much space we need for the activities to take place! *

We are partnering with Haunted Ghost Tours this summer on Thursday and Friday evening. They create really fun, informative and interactive tours taking you throughout the village. They are offering two separate tour options which you can read about below. Tours will begin at 8:30 pm and last for approximately 2 hours. There is an additional $25 fee to take part in this tour (and feel good about giving back becasue a portion of the ticket goes back to preserving Historic Rugby). Please note your interest below if you are interested in taking a tour. They need a confirmed head count by May 20 to secure these, and you will receive a follow up to ensure you are signing up.

Haunted Village Lantern Tour-This tour will take you through the village where you will hear the history and haunting occurrences from the "downtown" part of the village. This includes entrance into Rugby Schoolhouse, the Hughes Library, Kingstone Lisle, and a walk to the Newbury House. You will see photo, video and audio evidence of paranormal captures as well as given an EMF detector to use while we are on the tour. This tour is recommended first for those who have never visited Rugby as it shares more of the history of the Village.

Haunted North Village Lantern Tour- This tour will take you through the northern end of the village and includes entrance into Uffington house, a walk to the former Tabbard Inn site and through Laurel Dale Cemetery. Along the walk we give a brief history of the Village and as we walk to the cemetery we discuss Victorian burial customs, Appalachian traditions, superstitions and cryptids. This tour is creepier and a bit darker in nature.
