Free QCon San Francisco tickets for senior developers from underrepresented groups
Are you a senior developer and part of an underrepresented community in tech, and would like to join a diverse group of attendees at QCon? Or would you like to suggest a team member or colleague for a free ticket?

At QCon we strive to make every software professional feel inspired to innovate and grow their career and to have access to opportunities. That’s why we are offering free tickets to participants from underrepresented groups. 

Requirements for applicants:
- Be a senior software developer (5+ years of experience)
- Identify as a member of a historically underrepresented group in tech
- Participate in QCon San Francisco, November 18-20, 2024
- Must agree to follow our Code of Conduct

How the Application Process Works:
- The application remains open until Friday, September 27, 11:59 pm PST
- Selections are made randomly from all qualified submissions
- The scholarship includes a free ticket to the conference (it does NOT include travel to and accommodation or any visa process support)

How we use your data
By submitting this application, we will select participants to receive a ticket to QCon San Francisco. The scholarship selection is performed randomly from all applicants who have completed the full application form and meet the criteria to be part of an underrepresented group in tech. Participants will be notified via e-mail by October 4th.

All applications are treated confidentially and will only be used to identify and notify the scholarship winners. Your entry will not be shared with any third parties. We will use the email address you provided to contact you if you are selected. Within 30 days of the scholarship winner being announced, we will delete all data and entries. You can withdraw your application at any time by emailing diversity@qconferences.com.
