After weeks of research and testing, we have begun implementation of a new delivery tracking software. As indicated by your preferences below, you will have the option to receive a tracking link via text and/or email the morning of your delivery. This link will provide you with a two-hour estimated delivery window. Once our delivery vehicle is within 30 minutes of your home, the tracking link will provide a minute-by-minute ETA.

We recommend checking the tracking link a few times each day as the software updates the delivery ETA in real-time. We are still working to find a method for notifying you when your box has actually arrived. For now, we will continue to ring your doorbell, unless instructed otherwise below.
