Please complete this document to request a change in your schedule.

No Schedule Changes will be made on the First Day of School.

All changes must be completed within the first 5 days of the semester. Requests will be processed as they come in, immediate needs will have first priority. There will be no switching of course sections and no switching lunch periods. Every effort will be made to accommodate student preferences, but please understand not all changes will occur.  If you have questions please feel free to speak to Mr. Sparn, Mrs. Hart or Mr. Saullo.
