If you are keen to fly and haven't already completed the form then please still provide your information - we will have a reserve list of people in case of cancellations.

Flights have a maximum weight of 90kg (14 stone) for people able to stand, 75kg (12 stone) for people who need to be lifted. Passengers over 5'10" may also be unable to fly (although one harness setup can accommodate up to 6'2").
