Wardlaw Summer Camp Registration
Please read carefully!

Summer Camps are $125 each (including camp supplies, t-shirts and daily drinks/snack). Volleyball Clinics are $30 per day. Camps will run from 9am-12pm, with the exception of Football Camp, which runs from 4:30pm-6:30pm.

Payment is due by the first day of camp. Please brings cash or check to the front office. 

If you have more than one child attending Summer Camp, please fill out one registration form per child.
