Foster supplies - Order form
NEW PROCESS!  No more preorders, pick up will be directly from the storage unit.  I still need you to fill out this form so I know who is coming and when.

Pick up will be Saturdays 2-3:30

- Please order by Friday and pick up on Saturday at Sparebox Storage (2-3:30pm) 46550 W Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake, MI 48390
- We will contact you by text prior to the day/time scheduled
- The contact is Debbie 248-505-2271, please text if you have questions or issues
- If you have food or other items your cats won't use, please return to storage unit for redistribution
