Please use this form to register for participation in 4-H presentations and talent competitions. You must complete this registration form if you plan to participate in 4-H Presentations or 4-H Talent. These events will now happen ONLINE via Zoom. The 4-H Expressive Arts competition is canceled for 2020.

This form is due no later than April 9, 2020.

Once registration is complete, you will be contacted about scheduling a time for your child to present their presentation or talent online.
