The Global Ghost Gear Initiative (GGGI) is hosting a workshop with the Gulf of Maine Lobster Foundation to build awareness of abandoned, lost and discarded fishing gear, and to provide a platform where fishers can share best practices and learn from each other. The workshop will be held on Monday, August 23 and Tuesday, August 24 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
