We appreciate our Gladiator parents who volunteer their time and energy on campus. Volunteers are always needed for various special and ongoing events. We are excited that you are interested in joining the HGMS PTA Board.

President - Coordinate PTA meetings and assist board members.

1st VP of Membership - Encourage families to join PTA & submit rosters to Texas PTA.

2nd VP of Fundraising - Secure sponsors & coordinate fundraisers to raise money for grants.

Secretary - Record meeting minutes and other record keeping.

Treasurer - Mange the PTA's finances

Parliamentarian - Ensure the board is following guidelines set forth by Texas PTA.

Arts in Education (Reflections) - Promote the Reflections Art Program and submit student entries to NISD.

Communications - Add PTA announcements to our website and facebook page.

Hospitality - Coordinate activities and luncheons for staff appreciation.

Programs - Coordinate programs for families and outreach programs for our Title 1 Sister Schools.

Spirit Gear - Prepare spirit gear to sell at Market Day & fill online orders throughout year.

Spirit Nights - Coordinate spirit nights with local businesses.

Volunteer Coordinator - Coordinate volunteers for various events.
