Requirements:  Applicant must be a current U.S. Adult member of USA Working Equitation, Inc.
Applicant should be experienced in the areas of financial services described below.
The Office of Treasurer is an appointed officer position on the Executive Committee of the USA Working Equitation Board of Directors.  It is a volunteer position.  No monetary compensation is given for the performance of the duties of the Office of Treasurer.

USAWE BYLAWS, ARTICLE VI - SECTION 5.  TREASURER The Treasurer shall perform or oversee the performance of the following duties: 1. be responsible for the proper management and control of all funds of the corporation; 2. prepare full and accurate financial records on a timely basis of all the income, expenses and assets of the corporation; 3. present reports at every meeting of the Board of Directors and the annual general member meeting on the financial affairs of the corporation; and 4. provide financial information necessary to prepare and file the required reports to state and federal government agencies, showing the income, disbursements, and assets of the corporation. The Treasurer may delegate some or all of these tasks but remains responsible for their proper completion.
