This form is to be used if an individual player wishes to register to transfer
between Hampshire Clubs in the League

For any requests for Under 18's - please ensure the Parent/Carer details are in the correct boxes

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Please Read

• This form is to be completed and will be submitted to the administrator
• Players completing this form must NOT have taken to the court for 12 or more quarters of the Hampshire League and must have NOT played in the Hampshire League for 2 fixtured games prior to transferring
• Transferred players cannot play a league game for their new club until they have received written permission from the league administrator

Transfer Window will operate for all divisions at the mid-point of the Hampshire League league season:

Following the last game of the first half of the season and the first game in the second half of the season. 14th December to 11th January
